Chiropractic care is an excellent choice to treat your neck pain.
Did you know that neck pain is one of the top three reasons that patients visit the chiropractor? Chiropractors have been making great strides in providing a natural, safe, and effective choice for pain relief in patients with neck pain for over 100 years! When you come in for your new patient visit, during your consultation the chiropractor will ask you to tell us about how the neck pain has impacted your life. Your doctor of chiropractic will also complete a series of examinations to help determine the cause of your neck pain, and may recommend x-rays following that examination. In your follow-up visit, you will receive the results of your examination and your specific care plan explaining how chiropractic care impact your condition of neck pain.
There are a variety of treatment styles available in our office. Over years of patient interactions, we have learned that people relax better for some types of care or adjustments than others. When you are at our office, you can tell the chiropractor which types of treatments feel the most comfortable to your body. Some patients prefer to receive treatment styles where there is no ‘popping’ sensation. Others prefer the feeling of the joint ‘popping’ or releasing with care. We recognize that all the types of chiropractic care work, so we are very open to allowing patients to participate in deciding what style is right for them. If you are unsure of which style is right for you, don’t worry! Our doctors of chiropractic are amazing at helping you learn the best ways to discuss your care, and make informed decisions so that you get the most out of this health journey.
